A prosperous city-state on the edge of the Triet Desert. They have decent enough relations with the Sylvaranti, trading the Firecrystals they mine, for the parts to run their moisture collectors. They use these to augment their own supply of the precious liquid, as well as harvest excess to sell to the wandering desert caravans, and miners.

The great city of Balacruf. While no where near as powerful as the nations of Sylvarant, or Tethe'alla, it still manages to hold a good deal of influence over a large space around it. *More description coming.
